Dioxin is a polychlorinated organic compound, a unique man-made substance in the CDD family and very stable in the environment. In all components of the environment, concentrations of dioxins have been measured: air, surface water, groundwater, soil, and sediment. By various pathways dioxins can enter the environment.
Today, dioxin is a food poison that is being studied by many countries around the world. Studies have shown that dioxins not only have an isolated effect, but also exhibit serious effects on the whole organism of animals and humans, even the next generation. The introduction of solutions to prevent and reduce the harmful effects of dioxins is necessary and is being conducted widely in many countries. Several solutions have been published and more attention has been paid to the applicability of these methods.
